Wow! The primary woman who works this location must absolutely hate her job. She was beyond rude and condescending even when asking for the simplest thing. She acted like each customer was an inconvenience to her day…… Can’t believe she’s been there so long considering how rude she is.
What ever lady was working Friday at like 2:30 was literally the rudest woman I’ve ever met. She treated my mom awful. My mom was trying to order two sandwiches and on the second one the woman literally raised her finger to her and said “no I’m not done asking you to questions” and it was just if she wanted it toasted. Like we weren’t in a rush, she was just being horrifically rude and unprofessional.
This place is a DREAM for anyone who has a penchant for being made to feel like absolute garbage for deigning to walk up and try to order food. This subway is the only subway I’ve ever been to where there are rules to the type of meat you order. You can only order x type of meat if you get a specific sandwich. No you CANT make customizations to the sandwich, even if it’s just sauce, or removing a certain veggie. Does that seem confusing? Your problem buddy!! I went to this subway expecting to get my usual order ham,bacon,cheese, toasted. But I received tuna, cheese, toasted. I didn’t realize until I sat down and opened my sandwich so I went back up to the line to try and get some food I will actually eat. When I went up to the register and told the lady working their what happened she replied with “No you ordered tuna” and tried to gaslight me by telling me when she asked if I wanted toasted apparently she said “do you want tuna” (which she didn’t). Worst customer service I’ve had at a subway. Didn’t want to start out pick up order early even though there were no customers in line and she was sitting in the back. The bread wasn’t cooked fully or was very mushy. She was rude and my sandwich was made wrong. Don’t give this place your business, go to pot belly’s instead.
