The lady making our sandwiches was unnecessarily rude. We will never be going to this subway again. AWFUL!
Appalling service!! The lady and the young man that work here go out of there way to be disgustingly rude to you. They also make up there own rules about coupons... they will tell you "this store doesn't accept coupons" even though it's a coupon FOR THIS STORE... i frequent the mall here and I enjoy subway but the employees here drive customers away like it's there job. Horrible! They lady there is very cranky, demanding and rude to the customers. I have had two bad experiences with her for no reason. They need to hire new staff and teach them customer service and how to make a proper sandwhich. My sandwhich was half empty and thrown together. It was so sloppy.
Same Lady from previous reviews. All she does is scoff and roll her eyes when you try to order something without a certain ingredient. We even tried to build our own and she said we couldn’t despite the menu for “build your own” on the wall.
honestly im not normally. person to rip on service workers but the lady working really earned it. i get being stressed and understaffed but hell atleast let a customer speak
