Service from Estefania was unprofessional and unfriendly. Experience was disappointing. Other customers were affected by it also.
Where I work I had heard the legends of the terrible service here. I decided to check it out for myself. Upon entry she seemed like a typically unenthused sandwich artist, which I RESPECT, but the man in front of me was visibly frustrated. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I just had to for this place. I am writing because of my experience with the female worker who was working at 7pm on 1/9/26. I asked for a grilled chicken salad without peppers and there was a bit of a language barrier between us and she did not understand what I wanted (I had it already pulled up on my phone because sometimes it is easier for me to look through the app rather than the menu) so I showed her the salad on the app, and i said this salad just without the peppers please... read more
On January 7, 2026, I bought a sandwich at your location, and the service I received was unacceptable. The employee who prepared my order acted openly hostile, showed clear annoyance, and treated me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a customer. She falsely claimed that the bread I requested was unavailable and prepared the sandwich with obvious displeasure.
