Complaint Regarding Employee Behavior – February 5th, 9:10 AM Hello Manager, I visited your Subway location on February 5th at 9:10 AM to order a sandwich. While I was placing my order, a middle-aged Spanish woman working behind the counter was talking on the phone using AirPods. She did not respond to my questions and seemed completely inattentive.
