Was watching his phone l, scanning something on the wall and then came to make our sandwich with the same glove. Overall appearance was not appeasing. Didn’t even eat there, left immediately.

The Subway crew at Almaden Plaza are very rude. I requested them 2 sandwiches and one Nachos. In nachos, I told them to replace the meat with Veggie Patty. The older lady said NO very rudely and I was like ok wow !! - then I said if not then add more veggies and older lady again said NO WE CANNOT DO IT and said the price would be 14$ and we cannot reduce it so I said ok I don't want it.
