I literally order my food 30 mins ago, get to the store. Not ready. There is a girl sitting there on her phone sitting in the lobby. She stands up and goes behind the counter to continue her screen time for another 5 minutes before even lifting a glove. She then makes someone else’s sub who isn’t even here! ridiculous. The girl with a dot in her forehead. Guessing the owners daughter.
It takes soooo long to get your food and the only person behind the counter complains the entire time she makes the thing. Avoid this place and go down the road
This franchise owned subway is 1 of the worst subways with the worst customer service ive ever been to. I can walk to this subway...its the main reason i gave it so many chances after being grossly disappointed each time. The lesson I learned was to just drive to the 1 of 4 different subways within 3miles of this shamefully embarrassment of a subway. The rudest lady. Always get upset and mad when a customer walks in. It's your job. Probably would have a lot more business if she wasn't employed here. Im sure you get complaints about her non stop.
Attempted to stop in for a sandwich for the first time… only to walk in listening to a tirade by the only employee about being the only one there. Really hostile and awkward, I just left. If this is the best they can do, just close down and stop wasting everyone’s time. It’s an embarrassment.
