I normally go to the subway on mcneese a few times a week but I was on Nelson, so decided to stop at this location. First, there was only one very flustered girl, Angel, making sandwiches and then her coworker, Dustin, came out later after seeing she needed help and was visibly sweating through his shirt and I didn’t see him wash his hands at any point in time. Bad service lady making my food had an attitude and took almost 30 minutes to have my online order.
No clear business strategy.
Food and service seem to be back to their old standards of excellence. Having the right employees makes all the difference.
Have eaten here many times over the years. Food and service was always great. Today I went in at around 12:30. They were quite busy, and were out of ham, which I suppose happens sometimes. There were two employees working, and the younger person was one of those people who moves at about 1/3 the speed of normal people, which resulted in the rush becoming backed up and it taking longer than necessary for the food to be served.
