I've been to this location dozens, maybe hundreds of times over many years. Food and service were always great up until the last year or so when both became rather inconsistent. I went in today at a little after 4pm to order 2 sandwiches to go. Two employees were outside talking, and a single employee was behind the counter working. It seems as though they no longer welcome customers walking in with "Welcome to Subway! How may I help you?" or whatever. Hello, I just have to get on here about subway on nelson!! I just wanted to say I had a great experience!! I made an account just to say this because I usually don't go to this subway, but the two ladies behind the counter this morning were so polite, welcomed me with a smile, and had a decent conversation with me!! 10/10 will go again
Bad workers always
My husband and I went to Subway for a quick sandwich. They were out of lettuce, salt and pepper, jalapeños and sweet tea. The poor girl working has only been there one week— said the sweet tea stays empty and no one has ever taught her how to make it. You are SUBWAY! Every DoorDash employee who walked in to pick up orders, walked out with nothing in their hand. Terrible and will never go back to this location!
