I ordered a Philly sandwich. She was so lazy to toast it. She acted like they forced her to work there.
Can’t handle a simple refund. I ordered a soup online which their location doesn’t serve and I understand that but the staff was completely unhelpful in sorting it out. One staff member did offer to sub it for another item which I appreciated but another staff member went out of their way to call their boss to stop that from happening and then he proceeded to tell me to call the online number to find out how to get a refund rather than actually helping me.
