I have to be honest here, but this most recent experience has turned me away! I had to ask a few different people their thoughts to make sure I wasn’t tripping— a few days ago there was a woman who made my sandwich and forgot to charge me for extra cheese, cool an honest mistake right. Above and beyond customer service. I was so impressed by the owners sandy and the experience they gave us from the moment I walked in the door. From the taste of my sandwich, they obviously use local produce and high-quality ingredients because this was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back again.
My daughter used to come in and get her usual from a really nice gentleman. He was so nice. The last two times she has been helped by a very rude woman. She is mean and rude, never makes her sandwich right, acts like she hates her job, and over charges her everytime for the cheese sauce. Please get better people working there.
