Visited this location the other day, ordered a 12 inch steak and cheese.. lady put a half a scoop of steak on the 12 inch sub to cut back on costs I assume - literally spread it out and it was so thin you could see the bread underneath the meat. Put 3 slices of cheese instead of 4. I complained via online and it was sent directly to the store & to the people whom made the mistake that day. Not cheap on the toppings, best subway in Cambridge
Honestly Google needs a rating for cleanliness. Had to take my child to the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING. Like when’s the last time they cleaned it? If they cleaned it I hate to see how they clean behind the counter and manage the food prep. I find service barely at par, haven’t had issues with the food but now that I’ve seen the bathroom. Bloody gross. I won’t be coming back.
