I ordered online when I got off work The app said it was ready When I arrived 30 min later they hadn’t even started the order. They said it’s just the app. Still had to wait 15 minutes after I got there. So order at least 1 hour ahead of time Very very slow
Food got cold because the “managed” did not know how to help me change my location on the subway app to be able to use my coupons.Atmosphere? You can tell she was rushing,you can since her frustrations,and was slamming things .
Aw man I'm so disappointed in the poor customer service smh
Drink machine stays down and management not willing to fix or offer proper customer service foelr the inconvenience. Instead they just expect you to pay for the bottle drinks at a higher price. Crazy!
