amazing experiences
Went today, been a few months since I been inside (normally door dash) Same horror experience. No one speaks English, messed up my sandwich, charged me for a drink I said numerous times I DID NOT want, they insisted it was cheaper. (I paid for the cup and left it) out of lemonade only thing I would’ve drunken. One sandwich was burnt the other fell apart as she was preparing but I guess she didn’t care. I was unable to eat either sandwich, I have braces and one fell apart and the other was burnt.
My boy was working the night shift @ 8:30 pm SUNDAY HOLDING IT DOWN, putting in work, dope customer service and EVERYTHING. Yall need to make him a manager! Thats the people yall need to hire. People that work their butt off and still provide the best service. Ima make sure he gets a manager position.
I ordered a footlong with extra cucumber and extra tomatoes because usually they only put 2 slices, like, that’s not enough. When I got there one of the employees was working on my order while the other one was on the phone and then came to the front and pretended to help the other lady, and she REMOVED the extra vegetables I asked for, when a customer asks for extra vegetables like cucumber and tomatoes you add it.
