I made an order of 2 sandwiches and 20 min later after I come to pickup they said they out of something and didn’t even make the order and I had to wait another 20 min for it
I swear Subway has gone downhill SO much over the past few years- I neverrrrr eat Subway, only like once a year when I’m craving it lol & today just reminded me why I don’t eat here anymore… So I waited about 10 minutes before anyone took my order (there were two people working, one of them was helping another customer, the other one was in the back). Everything very clean: at last a Subway store makes me feel pleased with the cleaning, I congratulate them on the food and the very friendly treatment.

Ordered through the app a sandwich and sun chips, they didn't have sun chips so i asked for refund, lady don't speak English , customer there had to translate for me, they don't refund when ordered on app, so I reported on app and they said issue was resolved no it wasn't, i want my refund, they are thieves
