I ordered rotisserie chicken sandwiches but got the following one. When I described the issue, they did not resolve the issue. They did not even show any empathy and I would like to rate them negatively if possible.
By far my favorite subway! Always pleasant staff and can’t beat the drive thru! Thank you!!!!

Speaker apparently didn’t work? Employee complained they could not understand our order due to speaker, never bothered to read back our order to make sure, but did continue to ask the same questions over and over- spent $20 on sandwiches that were so wrong I’m not sure who they were for but they had nothing to do with anything we asked for! Never going back to this location.
We had two separate orders we ordered online. We got to the store and they told us they only had wheat bread we were like okay that’s fine even though that’s not what we wanted. Every table inside was gross I had to ask for a rag to clean off a table for us. Even after asking they didn’t wipe it down I did! The floors were disgusting.
