Terrible service. Nasty sandwich. Got my to-go order in a Ross bag—no joke. Terrible.
I work in the area and I go to this Subway regularly. Employees are generally friendly, but I've noticed on several occasions after getting my receipts, that they charge me for items that are free rewards that I have checked in the app that I scan there. I've had rewards for free cookies, chips, and drinks that the staff charges me for when the items should be free rewards. It seems like some of the staff know what they're doing and some don't. The guy working today was extremely nice and patient. This was my first time here and i didn’t know anything. Even though it took a while, he walked me through it and didn’t even give attitude.
