I work in the area and I go to this Subway regularly. The service has tanked and the employees seem to be frustrated all the time now. And I've noticed on several occasions after getting my receipts, that they charge me for items that are free rewards that I have checked in the app that I scan there. I've had rewards for free cookies, chips, and drinks that the staff charges me for when the items should be free rewards. It seems like some of the staff know what they're doing and some don't.
