I asked an employee (Server #15 at 4:26 PM) a question about one of the food items, and she just pointed to a sticker on the glass/menu instead of answering. That’s not helpful at all. Staff should be familiar with the menu and able to explain items when customers ask questions. Experiences like this make it seem like employees are not properly trained in customer service.
Arguing with ur customers over the menu. The menu says one thing that's what I wanna order and am argued with about what im reading in front of me.
