Ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 barely had any meat. It looks like they counted every single piece of meat. My sandwich was more bread than anything. Won’t becoming back to this place I’d rather drive to the location by Kroger.
Placed an order through the subway app I love getting extra veggies and other toppings so I always choose the “more” option. Well today I placed the same order I always put in only to receive a sandwich that has less than the normal amount of toppings. I am very disappointed as this was my only time to stop for a good filling sandwich only to be let down by the workers complaining about the order saying “more, more, more” instead of just following the list and keeping the comments to themselves.
Management does not care about their customers. I ordered on the app to save time and when I arrived to pick up my order, the store was empty. I gave the the manager my name, and he said I had to wait, because "the ticket says I still have time". I thought he was joking, until two customers walked in and he proceeded to make their food , even after they told him to make mine first. He told them "No, I have all of the time to make his food". My husband and I go to this location often and would recommend it, but never thought to leave a review until today. Sunny, you’re da man! Thank you so much for helping us out today with our order of two footlong sandwiches. To anyone who brings in a coupon, remember to show it to the employees first before ordering.
