This Subway is closest to my home. I love Subway. I deliberately use the Subway app and pick up bc of the option to add more or less ingredients to my sandwhich. So why everytime do I recieve little to no veggies when all I clearly ask for is extra? And to top it off when I ask the employee did you guys get my extra veggies? And she reassures me they did, I drive home to find this puny little sandwich and its frustrating spending my money on this. I will now order from and drive to a further location.
I am rating them one star based on the fact that they wouldn’t accept my coupon that was sent in the mail for THEIR restaurant. It seems like they want to pick and choose what discounts they accept for their store. I don’t go to subway like I used to but this is the one closest to me and like another review said the attitude of the man works there is less to be desired.
This location refuses to give water cups. They make you buy a bottle of water or buy a soft drink
Small location. Sometimes I have a coupon usually not. Normally they won't honor a coupon as printed and make more exceptions that the coupon says. This has happened on at least 6 visits. This just is not good business. The bottom line is that they obvious don't lie coupons. I done going to this location. Tried a coupon again and would not honor it...try the location at Jones and Grant. The owner said that they fixed the problem, but did not. Very unfortunate.
Excellent smiling staff & great sandwiches. One of my favorite locations.
