I'm a Subway lover! Unfortunately, this location ( which is the closest one to all of us residing near Woodway and Voss area) lacks proper customer service. This lady who's usually in the evening ( sorry for the description but we don't have her name! a bit chubby, asian look, dark hair & long fake eyelashes) i went with my fam but she's is zero welcoming! I was being charged for a drink refill despite already having paid for the initial beverage. A staff member observed me pouring the remaining drink from my original cup into a new one and insisted I pay again. While I understand the importance of preventing waste and ensuring proper procedures are followed, I felt this was handled poorly.
