Itlaian bread was not baked completely. Staff unfortunately can't hear properly because of the overpowering sound of the ovens beeping. Made ordering difficult and misunderstanding very easy. Also, I don't know how the food is safe as the knives aren't clean as well. I can say for sure the staff is overly stressed affecting their customer service and performance.
