The employee working tonight on 2/27/2026, is very unprofessional and rude. Chatting with his friends on speaker using foul language in front of customer. Then telling his friends that I am an old man that does not know how to pay. He and his friends laughed at me. As I was walking out after telling him to cancel the order, they continued to ridicule me. If he is not fired this Subway will lose my business. I want to left no star but Google requires at one star.
Clean, courteous, customer friendly
The one star is not for the employee who made my sandwich. Javier was awesome! He greeted everyone who came in the door. He was really nice and respectful. He made every order with a smile. But my one star is for the owner, manager or whoever does the employee schedule. I ordered online. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:35. I got there at 1:40 and it wasn’t ready.
