Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The person claiming to be the manager was rude to a new employee on his first day. He spoke harshly, wore pajamas, and was on his phone instead of helping. Then he left the new employee alone to handle customers while he sat outside. A customer even had to guide the new employee on how to make three sandwiches while I was eating inside. Completely unprofessional behavior and terrible management.

Asked for extra mayo, first time there was barely any mayo. We went back, dude had no idea what to do when it says on the receipt for extra mayo but in the sandwich there’s no extra mayo. He asked: what do you want me to do? Ummmm. Then he asked for the half bitten sandwich and put more mayo on there. He should’ve made a new one. Cuz that’s not sanitary

Went there 5:30 pm Aug 7 The lady working was talking in her ear buds not even listening to my order I felt rush didn't change her glove when help you man on register continue to make my subway was getting huffy bout the amount I veggie then just handed me my subways didn't even offer me no bag I would for manger reach out to me

Extremely Disappointed – Serious Hygiene & Customer Service Issues I’ve made several attempts to resolve this—calling the store, asking to speak with someone—but no one ever follows up. After checking other Google reviews, I see I’m not alone in having issues with Amánda. What happened during my recent visit was completely unacceptable.
