The employees have bad attitude with the customers! This negative demeanor not only frustrates the clientele but also tarnishes the company's reputation. If left unaddressed, the ongoing discontent could lead to a significant drop in sales and customer loyalty.
Great place! And family owned! No complaints
Ordered a cheesy garlic steak online and got it cold with no subkrunch or garlic aioli, along with a tiny amount cold, coagulated cheese sauce. When I asked if they could cancel the order, they just said they didn’t know. Worst experience I’ve had with Subway in years.
The Subway attendant was surly, rude, didn't listen, back talked, argued, and then overcharged for Subway. He had a hard time building my sandwiches, which is quite easy if you just listen to the person and put on the sandwich what they want. He kept arguing that this didn't go there and that didn't go here, stopped numerous times in the order because he seemed to be confused for some reason. If making sandwiches is hard, I can't imagine what else is hard in your life. I will not be going to Subway again
05/11/26 3:50 p.m. Service was bad. Was being rushed along by the guy working the counter. He smacked his lips mad about having to make change. Was trying to act mad. You need better customer service. Won't go back again
