Es una lástima que un lugar donde se come tan rico tenga personas que atiendan tan mal, pésima experiencia con la muchacha cubana que trabaja ahí, muy desagradable y su atención es pésima, no tiene nada de amabilidad y responde horrible a los clientes, lo peor es que no es la primera vez y conozco a muchas personas que también comparten esa opinión, por favor chequen el personal que tienen trabajando ahí porque están perdiendo clientes por el mal trato. Ordered a sandwich that has roast beef and they are out of roast beef. Then ordered a spicy Italian but they were out of pickles. Ordered an iced tea but they were out of iced tea. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!
I visited this location expecting basic customer service and left feeling completely ignored. The employees spent much of their time talking among themselves while I stood waiting for assistance. Throughout the interaction, I felt invisible and unwelcome. When I asked if tea was available, I was told no. When I asked whether there was another option instead of the fountain drink included with my meal, I was again told no without any explanation or attempt to help.
