Although they didn't mess up my order, this place has bad service. Those employees need to work on their communication skills as well as their listening skills.
This location is honestly one of the worst I’ve been to. I placed an online order for a grilled chicken salad, and when I showed up, they told me they didn’t have it. The store was almost completely empty at 3 PM on a Monday, with barely any ingredients available. Everything looked old and unappetizing. The Hispanic lady was really nice and understanding
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this location is consistently unprofessional and I’m done dealing with it. This is the third day in a row I’ve had an issue here. On 4/26, I was charged $2.00 for pepperoni I did not order and did not receive. That’s incorrect and honestly unacceptable—check your receipts if you come here because mistakes like that shouldn’t be happening.
