I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway today, and it had nothing to do with my own order it was the way an older Hispanic employee treated other customers. I witnessed the entire interaction, and it was honestly uncomfortable to watch. Two customers were simply trying to customize their sandwiches, which is one of the main reasons people choose Subway. This place is horrible. So many people complain. I walked in from my lunch break and the manager tell the other employee something in Spanish. I asked for a cold cut with mustard and she tells me I cant get it because it only comes with mayo. That's a lie. I eat cold cuts all the time. She then tells me thats what management told her. I said I would like both and she tells me no. Why cant I?? She couldn't even answer my question. Please stay far away from this place.
This location is really bad. The quality is always changing. They are always on the phones
Sorry and nasty attitude and nasty making food The Sandwich maker went to the register with her gloves to help the cashier. I ask her to change her gloves and she didn't she just moved to the next Sandwich and let the cashier who put gloves on and finish making my Sandwich. Their bracelets touching food and I'm sure they go the the bathroom whipping sad Sad and nasty I did call the health
The older hispanic lady is very rude. I asked for extra jalapenos before any were put on the sandwich and she gave me three total. I asked if she could put more and she add two saying thats what they consider extra. So five jalapenos on a foot long and refused to add more. I will never come back to this subway again.
