I placed a mobile order for pickup. It was supposed to be ready by 7p and I arrived maybe 5mins before. There was a line so i waited. When I speak to the guy working the line I tell him I have a mobile order. He's confused and asks me to wait. I go to have a seat then he's asks what I need. I say an online order...still not understanding. I say a pickup order...is it ready?
