The workers are always on their phone, never know what they’re doing. Tried to charge me more for getting a drink when it’s included in the meal. Staff do better and refill the drinks.

Arrived at 8:32pm last night, door was locked. Hours posted say they close at 9pm. Open sign was lit. Through the window i could see employee was on her phone and signaled me that she was done for the night. Terrible business practice.
