Ordered a meatball sub online. Store took my order and then a hour later informs me they have no meatballs. Then they charge me $9 for canceling my order. Horrible service!!!
Pedi hace solo unos minutos. Y mi comida llegó completamente fría y dura. Vivo literalmente a 5 minutos. Y no es posible que mi mensajero sea el culpable de que la comida llegara como hielo. Yo sé que fue un poco tarde. Pero acabé de llegar del trabajo agotada. Y me parece un poco injusto que sea lo único que tenía para comer. Y ni lo haya podido disfrutar. No es primera vez que como en esta location pero la verdad me acabaron de decepcionar
Wish I could give 0 stars. They really need to get a new manager. I asked how the manager was doing and he said he wished all customers would all go home and make their own damn sandwiches. That is not how you talk to a paying customer. Crazy how many of the reviews are about the same guy yet they don't do anything about it. Go spend your money where you are appreciated.
