I ordered the tuna sandwich foot-long by Uber and the sandwich is soggy and hardly there is a Tuna inside and vegetables smells rotten. I wish I would get the sandwich form hersy mike Which is thousand times better than this place I have bought tuna sandwich from other subways which is not bad but this one I wasted $18 on this sandwich because I could not be able to eat it. It was smell soggy and bread. Looks like very old and vegetables look saggy and tuna is hardly there. I would not recommend this place.
I was treated very mean my husband picked up our order and I asked if I can use the restroom they refused to give me the code they said the restroom didn't work when I seen someone use the restroom I am highly upset the way I was treated
Bread stale and ham not fresh tasting or looking - ham torn in pieces. New employees same supervisor. Supervisor seeing employees half making sandwiches and no intervention. Previous employees were much kinder.
I waited in line for 30 minutes with only two people ahead of me (both just ordering one sandwich each). After about 5 minutes, I asked if I could use the restroom and was told it was closed. After waiting 20 more minutes, I asked again since I’d been there for a while, and the employee got really rude. They slammed utensils and gloves on the counter and acted super annoyed while unlocking the door.
