This location is inside a hospital and is not accessible to the public
These people will allow you to order through the app and then keep your money. They know you didn't pick up an order, won't answer the phone and won't refund you. NOT OK!! This location should be removed from the app! It's obvious they have hospital employees writing reviews to cover up the scams. Customer support is no help either, which I'm sure they know. Stop stealing money! Do better! Not everyone is from Houston that orders from here. Take this location off of the app!
DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WORK AT THE HOSPITAL. IT IS NOT OPEN 24hrs. DO NOT TRUST THE APP. I order here on 04/18/26 and the subway is inside the hospital and the security is not going to let you in unless the subway is “OPEN” but the also told me that is not open to the public on weekends. I order my food at 3:00pm and its was closed supposedly.
