Very very rude service I been working at Ben Taub for over 6 years the young manger was very rude and disrespectful in-front of employees and customers I have never in my 6 years that Ben there have ever received that treatment we are all here to serve our patients and customers and to get treated that way I will NEVER AGO THERE to spend my hard working money there .. very disappointed
DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WORK AT THE HOSPITAL! Placed order online for pick up and when we arrived security told my husband he was unable to enter as the subway was located in an secured employees only area. I have tried contacting the subway location & guest services multiple times with no response on a refund. They rob you of your money.
