I ordered from door dash and I’m missing a sub, the sub I have has like 4 slices of meat on it and they gave the wrong drinks and now they’re not answering the phones. Seems like every subway in this city is ass.
I bought three sandwiches here today Saturday September 19 at 7:34pm i asked for two with spicy things like Nashville sauce and Jalapenos and one without anything spicy and he gave me all of them spicy and I called and didn't wanted to accept it i had to come here and give him the sandwich and he made another one, it's the first time that this has happened to me and first time ordering from this store.
had a very frustrating experience. My 12-inch sub was made wrong, wrong bread, wrong sauce, and 2 pieces of turkey. When I called, the employee argued with me instead of helping and even asked who was going to pay for the wrong sub and that I would need to pay $18 again for a replacement sub. Rating: 1 / 5 stars Review: Very disappointing experience at the Adelaide Subway. The employee added a very low quantity of ingredients to my sandwich and charged me $18.50, even though the actual listed price for the sandwich was $12.50. Extremely poor service and overcharging—I will not be returning to this store.
Staff is very rude I came at night to pick the order Two girls were working on Sep 14 at 9PM Both girls were rude. One more guy came after me. They were rude with him as well. Even they were letting them customers to use washroom. They were talking very rude.
