Whomever is managing this place and cutting corners by hiring people who don't give a hoot seriously needs a career change. As I was pulling in, a customer was exiting and warned me against this particular subway. She mentioned the employees were grossly incompetent and rude. I, in turn, experienced it first hand instead of rearing that advice. I am new to the area in the medical district and the Mexican guy who works there is pretty racist. I asked him to use the restroom after I paid for the sandwich and he told me that we close the restroom one hour before that. Also, be cautious about their food, I noticed the filthy floor and flies over their meat. I hope someone from the health department will check on them. This place is filthy with flies and rats.
