Best subway in London
The lady that made my sub was talking on the phone loudly in Ukrainian (I think) via an earbud while making my sub. Probably spit coming out directly on sandwich while talking downwards. She was slapping the meat on aggressively. Then she tells me I can only use a portion of my rewards while other subways let me use all of them.
I have been here twice in the last month and had 2 positive experiences with 2 different staff members. Both were kind and pleasant to talk to and gave us excellent customer service. I live in Byron and will be choosing to go to this subway over the one on hyde park and oxford. You can check out my review of the other location if interested.

Bessi (I am unsure how to spell his name) gave me the absolute best service I have received in a very long time. Thank you for your hospitality, your kindness, and overall great attitude.
