Ely started my sandwich without washing his hands or changing his gloves. While my sandwich was in the oven he took my money and proceeded to put on the gloves that he just took off without washing his hands. I mentioned it to him that he should wash his hands and he proceeded to give me a funny look and rinsed gis hands not even using any soap and put on a fresh pair of gloves before adding the condiments. I probably won't be back there.
The staff was so so generous ❤️ they took their time and made sure our order was perfect!
The sandwiches are always great… as long as you go in and order from the counter. However, the last two times I ordered from the app, they have been completely wrong. Tonight, our two sandwiches had the other sandwich’s toppings. I got the chicken bacon ranch and my partner had the BMT. All of the ranch and goodies that were supposed to be on my chicken sandwich were on the ham. And all his goodies were on my chicken. Horrible service I don't know if the lady working was in a bad mood or stressed. Short young shaggy blonde brown hair a little longer than shoulder length. She wasn't wearing a name tag. I came in today may 17 at 10:05 am. She kept a very aggressive and on edge aditude meanwhile i was nothing but kind until i walked out the door. I understand bad moods, there was no reason for her to treat me like scum when I just wanted to know when the bread would be ready. I was understanding about it not being ready.
