1 staff member is always kind to me, there is only 1 person I let make my sub, she makes it with love. And if she has the time she will chat with you
The avocado was all brown and looked horrible, had to return the sandwich
The lady couldn’t care less if the store burned down. And for some reason they got it in themselves for online orders, always less toppings, less sauces, not following instructions. Even after submitting a complaint with the long form on their website the owner comes back with “instructions were followed”. Buddy if the instructions were followed I wouldn’t have wasted 20 mins filling a stupid complaints form.
