El Servicio al cliente es pésimo en esta sucursal, una de las empleadas mayores que me atendió pareciera que no le gusta su trabajo, le ordene un sándwich. If I could give Zero stars, I would. As I was ordering, I spot 2 fat happy roaches slowly walking around like they pay rent there. While she was making my sandwhich, she used 2 slices and split them in half to cover the footlong. No other location does that. (I eat Subway at various locations across houston 4-5 times a week) I reluctantly payed for my food trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Thats when I noticed the 2nd roach pretty close by. By far my worst Subway experience ever. I’m not gonna give a 1 star review, because I don’t like doing that, but they nickeled and dimed the heck outta me. Oh…and no one speaks or understands any English. I tried asking for 1.5x protein (which is available on the app/website) and the gentleman asked me if I wanted a deluxe. Poor customer service. Lady was rude and seemed annoyed with an explanation. Wouldn’t allow me to personalize anything on my order. I only continued to purchase due to little time for work lunch.
Conveniently close but a major disappointment. Made an online order for 2 sandwiches and both were not what I ordered and incorrect. Both subs were not labeled so I didn't know which one was mine. When I got home and unwrapped it I immediately noticed that it was the wrong bread. When I opened up the sandwich I realize about a half of the vegetables that I had ordered were missing.
