Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had at a Subway. From the moment we walked in, the employee—whose name was either Valentina or something very close to that—had a rude, hostile attitude and made it clear that we were an inconvenience. This Subway location shows it closes at 9 PM on Google Maps, but it actually closes at 7 PM. We placed an online order based on the posted hours. When we arrived, the location was closed. Next day, we went to talk to the person working there, she fidn’t speak English, which made it very difficult to communicate and resolve the issue. The order is charged and we did not get any refund yet. Very bad service, please update a manager number to raise a complaint.
Good service
I ordered a sub, special sub for 3.99, I got chips too.. during the whole order she was saying no. Also was out of items, lots. When it came to paying ahe was going to keep my change until I called her out, even then she didn't give me all of it and told me to go away Rude and horrible.
Consistently one of the poorest quality Subways in Houston for both food quality and customer service.
