the food is amazing but the service is terrible. i’ve been going there for years. i placed an order online and they could not receive it. they could not cancel it for me, i cannot cancel it from my end. they refuse to refund it and offered no help on what to do next. i am extremely disappointed and upset with the customer service here. they stole my money.
Stopped in to order lunch, first off the guy working ignored us. Then we began to notice that the ingredients looked old, the lettuce was browning, and wilted, the tomatoes looked soggy, the counter tops were filthy. We ended up walking out, opting not to risk food poisoning. Worse I've ever seen a Subway.
My sandwich is too empty ,my son asked for adding cheese. ,tomatoes and cucumbers and nothing in the sub and a few steak this happened before. Iam not ordering anymore and I tried to call them. No answer
Ok, place!! Real good food for the money!
