Food is good, but I don't like placing my order in store because customer service stinks. Even worse, online ordering isn't available when the store opens like most others. So my gift card on my account is useless until it is. Very frustrating...
Place was closed at 10:45. Why would they close so early before the original time
Subway doesn't care about there Customers😏. I am very disappointed, needed to use the rest room urgently & asked the subway employee for the rest room key she told Me it's for paying Customers only I told her I am going to eat here I am a paying Customer ,She said I have to make a purchase first. I've been going to Subway for 20 year never have I experienced this. My overall experience was poor, and the employee also had a Bad attitude. I won't be coming back to this location & I don't recommend.
Had the all-time worst experience today Maria and I believe her name is Tita killed my whole beautiful mood. I walked in requesting to talk to a manager because the day prior I came in for a BLT, which is just bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. I asked for no tomatoes and pickles, banana peppers and mayonnaise. The lady takes my sandwich put whatever she wants on it And just sells me it so when I get home.
