I experienced racism today at 65 Asylum Street. All I did was arrive early to pick up my order and wait quietly while the older man prepared it. He suddenly yelled at me, called me names, and made me feel terrible just for being a customer. He was calm and polite with everyone else. Why do they only play conspiracy theory nonsense on the stereo. Why can't they play music or something that isn't only suitable for individuals who are uneducated and incapable of independent thought?
Rude and unprofessional staff. Asked about my pickup order, and the employee responded rudely, telling me to wait. Terrible customer service!
