Nice store it's usually not too busy and the store is clean service has always been good and the they've made my sub just the way I like,it give them a try !
Got home late from work, didn’t feel like making dinner. I live really close to this location and I hadn’t had subway in quite awhile because most of the locations in the city are a hit or miss but I really wanted my fave sub. On October 1st I placed an online order. The store canceled my order, I never received my food and is refusing to refund my money. I received two emails that my case has been resolved but it wasn’t. Unless the consider stealing the customer’s money as an option?
Let me explain why not accepting coupons is a deceptive business practice: The goal of sending coupons in the mail is to get me in the door. The thought of a 6.99 footlong sub is what compelled me to walk a mile to get there. That's the deal they offered. But, by not honoring the coupon that got me in the door, they're hoping I still give them my business at full price. That's not the agreement.
