came in asking for a BMT, asked if it was possible to sub the ham for the turkey and they said they’d actually prefer that because they’re low on ham anyway. I get 3 PIECES of turkey for a foot long sub, we get up to the register where i get hit with a $3 charge for substituting it WITHOUT being informed that there would be any additional charge when i didn’t even get ham on it either. $17 for a sub with 3 pieces of turkey and a drink, insane
Kate, the new manager there is great. She definitely saved this location as before her management, the food was no good and neither the service. Thanks for all that you do Kate!!
Wish I could rate it a zero. I ordered two foot long sandwiches at 9 pm, said it was processing and then confirmed and said it would be done at 9:20. I get to the restaurant at exactly 9:20 to see that it is closed. I am not sure who is running this establishment but in no way should they #1 be closed before their time on the door (10pm) and #2 have the orders STILL be going through to the restaurant and being CONFIRMED. I tried to call them today, still no answer.
