Worst subway ever. Has gotten even worse since Emilio started managing. He has the worst attitude and it trickles down to his staff. I have been told multiple times that they refuse to add more veggies to my sandwich because "policy", like they think it's the customers first time getting subway. Emilio is on break half the time too, always talking to his buddies in the parking lot. I only go here to get orders that annoy Emilio, cuz he's been a major doosh since day 1.
You need to get workers with better damn attitudes. How are you going to just push a customers sandwich to the side and leave it there mid order? This is after you are rushing thru the ingredients he is asking for on the sandwich. You don’t like your job that much then quit jerk, don’t take it out on the customers. The workers name by the way was Omar or amar, something like that hard to say cause of the way they did it on the name tag.
Nothing was fresh. Food had been sitting in the trays and looked freezer burned. Panda Express, also in the food court, had old food. It looks like they get no traffic for any food and you can tell.
Worst Subway I have ever been to. They tried to put the bare minimum of every vegetable on my sandwich. For example, 4 slivers of onion and one pickle on my 6-inch sub. I saw someone else get a footlong sandwich, and they put 3 olives on it. Both myself and the other gentleman that ordered had to ask for more veggies. Judging from the reviews, this is happening a lot. Is the manager telling them to put less than the minimum acceptable amount of veggies to save money? That's what it appears to look like. Worst experience at a subway ever. They don't toast subs any more? When did that change? They only toast the meat now? But only one meat that is on the sandwich? Cold ham, warm chicken? Was not appetizing at all. Ordered one of the new churros... it tasted like there was a chemical on it. Guy behind the counter was rude and arrogant. I threw my food away, and I won't be back
