Be careful when using coupons so you don't get scolded by the manager. I visited the store to redeem a mailed coupon offering two Footlongs for $13.99. During my order, the female staff member (who identified herself as the manager and whose name appeared to be Irene) prepared my sandwich with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude.
