Great in person but when you order delivery they seem to not toast your food when asked
I’m not the one to leave reviews but this one is warranted… ordered a sub through the app and it was stuck on the screen after payment saying “One moment please we’re processing your order” I got there within 15mins and my food was ready. I asked the lady that handed me the phone while showing her said screen how come it stayed on this screen is there something wrong with the app?? I don't know where to begin. I do alot of online ordering. So i ordered from subway on Hillsborough rd. Durham. The sub was awful. None of the topping was accurate on my sub. Never order again from here unless I go in to order food.
