The service sucks and their steps on making sandwhiches are extremely weird and not how most subways go about it. They messed up my online order once last week and I had to return to have it remade while on my lunch break. The first incident was handled appropriately. The 2nd time I ordered my sandwhich it appeared it wasn't made how I ordered and to my liking once again. Chicken Noodle Soup smells like my French bulldogs kibble mixed with water. I’ve never eaten my dogs kibble before but I feel like I did today. My girlfriend’s sandwich was DRENCHED with Mayo, literally having to wipe it off with a napkin. Lady took her sweet time getting our order together, we were in there for 10 minutes for 2 footlongs and soup. Horrible, do no recommend
The morning shift female adds the protein like it comes out of her paycheck. She skimps way too much to the point where you’re only eating bread. Nobody wants a sandwich with limited deli. Must be a cheap way of limiting inventory they even have a cover over their meats.
I am the friend. I was trying to back up my friend, he did not need to pay for that sub for a mistake she made PERIOD. she got our sandwiches confused and when i spoke up she didn’t want to serve me. horrible service
Horrible service and food. The lady behind the counter refused to take my friends order from a mistake she did and wanted us to pay for it? She got our sandwiches mixed and blamed it on us. Horrible and pitiful
