Very disappointed with my experience at Subway. The food lacked flavor, and the overall experience was not worth the price. I expected better quality and customer service. Hopefully they improve their food preparation and attention to customers.
I visited this location yesterday and requested a veggie sandwich. My app showed that I was eligible for a free sub since it was my fourth purchase. I asked the person, who identified himself as the manager, to assist me in redeeming the offer. He repeatedly insisted that it could only be done online. I explained that if the redemption didn’t work, I was willing to pay in full. Service bad today. Worker has AirPods in and doesn’t hear customers while being in bathroom for over 20 minutes. Had to go back to work
Placed an order accidental at this location when I meant another, called right away as soon as I noticed. I did not even wait 5 minutes. And right away they told me “Your order is done” how is that possible if I ordered 2 sandwiches??? Money stealer
