okay so firstly it’s frustrating that you cannot build your sandwich anymore. you have to choose from whatever they offer and “customize it” but when you customize your food they just throw whatever they want on there. i called and was being respectful despite the fact that they screwed up my order, and when i asked for a manager she goes “I AM THE MANAGER” with so much attitude. she acted irritated that i was even calling yet i waited outside that window for 5 minutes AFTER “ringing the doorbell” i told her my complaints & ... read more
very awful customer service, young lady with darker hair not in uniform, hair was not put back, attitude was poor. there was a long black hair in my salad, there wasnt even lettuce.. do better subway employee..
We had a great experience with Angela She was sooooo friendly, and so very attentive Will absolutely come back here just from this experience
Don’t waste your time ordering with the app… they’ll just make it however they want and unless you’re willing to check right there it’s a gamble. The Service was awful and the girl working obviously doesn’t want to be there. I won’t return to this location
