Ordered a sandwich without lettuce and onions specifically and got both along with condiments I didn't even add to the point where I don't think they even looked at my order.
Used the app to order 4 different times. Every time somethings been wrong. This time they put an allergen on a sandwich we asked not to have. We will never go here again.

okay so firstly it’s frustrating that you cannot build your sandwich anymore. you have to choose from whatever they offer and “customize it” but when you customize your food they just throw whatever they want on there. i called and was being respectful despite the fact that they screwed up my order, and when i asked for a manager she goes “I AM THE MANAGER” with so much attitude. she acted irritated that i was even calling yet i waited outside that window for 5 minutes AFTER “ringing the doorbell” i told her my complaints & ... read more
