I placed an online order at at 6:32 and it said it’d would be done at 6:50. I arrived at the store a few minutes after 6:50. I was blatantly ignored but they immediately helped a man that walked in a few minutes after me. I said excuse me I had an online order am I in the right spot to pick it up. What happened to customer service AND the portion size???? Absolutely absurd how much everything cost for the LITTLE portions of food you get!
The whole point of online ordering is to have it be done when you get there? Our order was 20 minutes late we couldve just came in and ordered. Two people came in after us and got out way before. Just a little ridiculous.
*NEW UPDATE REVIEW ON 12/1/2024* So besides my past issues below, I now have a new issue. Just got my order from Door Dash and I ordered two of the soft pretzels with CHEESE. Got the order and ZERO cheese cups for the pretzles. I genuinely looked forward to them and was severely let down by something I ordered not being in the bag. And this isn't the first time they left out my cheese for the soft pretzels. If your going to ask me what dipping sauce i want for my pretzles then the least you can do is PUT IT IN THE BAG.
