They add a tip charge without your knowledge- and when you ask for the unauthorized tip back- they say that they can give you the money back plus theyll charge you another time for the order you placed (as in double).. where do they do this at? I placed an online order for pickup at a specific time today. When I arrived, the order had not even been started. I was disappointed that I received no apology or explanation for the delay. This lack of communication and respect for a customer's time is a problem that should be addressed with the staff.
