I placed an online order for pickup at a specific time today. When I arrived, the order had not even been started. I was disappointed that I received no apology or explanation for the delay. This lack of communication and respect for a customer's time is a problem that should be addressed with the staff.
2 staff up front, unfortunately, I got the young rude one. Which I could deal with, but she also got my order wrong despite asking me about every detail twice. Won't be back
