When a person orders food online, they expect for it to be ready when they pick it up.
Bring back your old staff! New guy cannot read order instructions. Did not offer me refund for completely wrong meal.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady literally argued with me about what I wanted on my sandwich. Didn't speak enough English to comprehend what I was saying or asking. Not to mention they were attempting to make sandwiches while on their cell phones.
