I’ve been a regular customer at this Subway location for many years, but today’s visit was the most disappointing experience I’ve had. Upon entering the store, my friend and I were rudely told to “wait” multiple times by the staff member on duty, who appeared to be in his 50s. Instead of taking our orders right away, he left us waiting at the counter for a significant amount of time while he fiddled with the checkout machine, with no explanation. Apparently online orders take precedence over customers who come to the store in person. Next time ill order online while im the only person there waiting to order and see which gets made first.
