It feels unfair giving an 2 star to staff because everyone that works here lately has been great but they need more staff, at least during lunch hour. I put an online order in and waited 25 minutes after the suggested pick up time and 45 minutes after I put the order in.
Literally the worst service ever, placed an order 20 minutes in advance and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes once I got here.
I observed the store manager is yelling at the other employee.This should be stopped at any cost.
Don't waste your money at this location... I've had maybe 1 good sandwich from here.. I order a very simple sandwich and they still managed to get it wrong.. I didn't think a herbs and cheese footlong with turkey, provolone, and lettuce could get messed up, but boy was I wrong. I'd recommend ordering from a different subway.
Great fast service. This place is very clean. The young lady was new but took very good care of us from beginning to end of purchase.
