The service is always an excuse of why you have to wait 15 minutes for a pick up or call in . When you are delivering you do not I mean DO NOT HAVE 15 MINS TO WAIT FOR A SANDWICH TO BE MADE. They send these orders in and they are never ready.

The employee ignored me when I arrived. With no line and only one other person in the dining room that was also a employee. Charged me double what the sandwich was advertised.
