The food is consistently fresh and delicious. However the reason I am leaving a review is that the staff here is exceptionally polite and respectful that I feel it every time I come in. This is the level of service that is hard to come by these days.
Called to adjust order but makes ridiculous excuse on how they were so busy to accept the call when there was no one there. Worst service. Additional information after couple of months: They did not change at all. I ordered through uber with pick up and they didn’t notify me their ingredients were out of stock until I arrived. I talked to the incompetent supervisor and manager and turns out there was no communication at all with the ingredients out of stock. Only two people were working, and there was a long line out the door while they handled online orders. This isn’t the first time they’ve had poor customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.
Sara was amazing . Quick with everything and super nice . Also, this is the cleanest and nicest subway we’ve come into.
