Food is good, customer service is good. Only reason I give a 2 star is becauae they refused to accept their coupon. I ordered a philly steak and chicken, both foot long and she said neither qualify fir the coupon. The only exempt item metion in the coupon was "Footlong snacks, The Beast and The gralic roast beef."
Went with kids to take out foods. The lady who prepared the sandwiches was one of the rudest persons I have ever seen in the restaurant industry. She was mad that my wife let the kids select the addition to their sandwiches. I was completely stunned watching how mad she got and how she talked to us. I quietly told her to just get us the food as it is and I grabbed it and we left.. l really regreted my 15% tip. Wouldn't do it if I had to pay after what have seen. My coworker went for lunch yesterday and the person actually asked him why he did not leave a tip. UNBELIEVALBE that they even had the nerve to ask for a tip. When he was explaining why he did not tip she cut him off so she didn't even want to hear him out. He will NEVER go back there. I think managament needs to take some action here but what can you do with todays kids. So disappointed.
Went in to get two sandwiches an hour before closing, was told it would be a wait because he had to finish what he was currently doing but wouldn’t give a timeframe. Horrible attitude. Horrible service.
Ordered a sub online with extra mayonnaise and they didn’t even put mayonnaise on it. Idiots!
