First off I really love Subway, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I visited this location around 7:10 PM on Wednesday, June 10, and the employee who helped me was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I felt unwelcome while ordering, and some of the comments that were made toward me came across as racist and made me very uncomfortable. Sandwich was not made right. Guy making food was super rude. His name is Kelly. He needs to be trained better.
I understand that Subway has pre-cooked bacon, but that’s still not a good enough reason to serve it like this.
The employee is so rude, will never go again
Closes before close time… updating my review as this location closes early again and they do this often. I guess the close time does not apply and they close based on discretion of the worker. Also was left waiting behind three others in line to order as the worker was walking around Walmart shopping while they were the only person staffed at this time. No sign or notice was left. Be aware of this subway if you are wanting food. Honestly might be better off going to a different location or skipping it all together.
